Thank you very much, Simon!

We'll put a link to this page from www.worlddom.co.uk shortly, if that's OK?

perhaps i should mention the link to myspace actually goes to the unofficial myspace site. The url for our official page is:

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=304738598

Also - I've been trying to find a way to email Simon, without success so far! perhaps someone could let me know how to do that? Either through this contact, or a message via the official myspace page above..

Uplifting to find your support here, thanks again!

- Keith

Great stuff. Great blog. I saw WDE in the late eighties supporting Loop at the Town and Country Club, it was one of the best gigs I have ever seen.

Does anyone know when the reissues are coming out? Looking forward to hearing some of the tracks from Love from Lead City. I don't get on with Myspace so can't find a way of contacting the band directly. Google is drawing a blank on a potential re-release, and there's nothing on the Mute site???

Hi John,

There's more at the band's (fledgling)
website:
http://www.worlddom.co.uk/

There's also a link there to sign up for email news.

ps - checked your page, and loved your pictures.

Stay cool!

Hello - I'm just listening to World Dom live @ Fulham Greyhound '85, A Kings Cross squat (also 1985), and @ Brighton Zap Club in '90 or '91 (not sure which, but I was there and had the top of my head blown off!!)
So anyway, I was looking around at World Dom photos on Google and found your post here! I remember reading this back in the day, so its good to see it again - Cheers ;))

Hey Pinkie - glad you enjoyed the gig at the Zap Club. That was promoted as a benefit gig for 'Bread Not Bombs' week by myself and Dave the Slave who was an original roadie for the Here & Now band in the days when Keith Dobson was their drummer. On the night Dave did the live sound mix and I DJd, playing lots of reggae and dub. I thought the band were insanely good that night, just a shame that as they tried to drive home afterwards they reversed onto the pebbles and got stuck on the beach all night, having to wait until morning for the AA to tow them off! Great memories.
